What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and digital communications to nurture existing accounts and generate new leads
- Travel to customer locations for on-site support, product presentations, and meetings
- Act as a liaison between inside and field sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to field sales teams and assist with product demonstrations, pricing, quotes, and proposals
- Support sales targets and performance goals while maintaining a deep understanding of products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or a hybrid inside/outside sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required, with comfort in both remote sales and in-person interactions
