      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and Distribution to meet annual/quarterly sales targets and market share goals
      - Generate demand in the local market through selling activities in retail flooring stores
      - Create and execute territory-specific promotions and merchandising programs
      - Conduct product training sessions for Distributor Sales Representatives and Retail Store Associates
      - Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and distributors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
      - Willingness to travel overnight (up to 75%)
      - Strong understanding of sales concepts, practices, and procedures
      - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
