What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and Distribution to meet sales budgets and growth targets
- Drive demand in local markets through selling activities in retail flooring stores
- Create and implement territory-specific promotions and merchandising programs
- Conduct product training sessions for Distributor Sales Representatives and Retail Store Associates
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts and buying groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 25%
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience in the flooring or construction industry
- Familiarity with retail sales and merchandising best practices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
