      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service through timely interaction and problem resolution
      - Conduct purposeful sales calls and maintain effective communication with assigned customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and some college coursework in Business or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC or MRO parts sales
      - Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience or technical background
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for outside sales

      - Knowledge of the plumbing industry is a plus
      - Positive and engaging personality with a passion for helping others
      - Tech-savvy and self-starter with an ambitious and competitive nature
