      What you'll do

      As a Manual Tester at Sky you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our user products. You will be responsible for test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver exceptional software solutions to our partners.

      • Collaborate with the testing team to design test plans and develop comprehensive test cases to validate software functionalities and user interfaces.

      • Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking systems.

      • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features after code changes.

      • Conduct usability and user experience testing to ensure a seamless end-user experience.

      • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and provide timely feedback.

      • Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test data, and test results.

      • Participate in exploratory testing to uncover defects beyond predefined scenarios.

      What you'll bring

      • Demonstrable experience in manual software testing, with a solid understanding of testing principles and methodologies.

      • Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).

      • Superb attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and inconsistencies.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills to document defects and collaborate with team members.

      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-functional team.

      • ISTQB certification or similar testing certification is a plus
