What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and design test planning or sprint planning documents
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and corresponding maintenance plans
- Identify areas and test cases suitable for automation
- Organize and monitor the defect management process
- Conduct regression testing and manage changes effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using Selenium, Provar, or other automation testing tools
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with manual testing
- Knowledge and experience with Java
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations
- Strong understanding of test automation strategy and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building environments for various testing stages (DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD)
- Familiarity with application life cycle management tools
- Proven track record in the configuration of automated tools for script creation
- Ability to publish results of automated test executions for release planning
- Experience serving as an escalation point for automated testing issues
