What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute tests, track defects, and oversee the resolution process until fixes are verified and closed
- Understand system functionality of the product being tested
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Management to ensure software quality
- Familiarize yourself with basic test methodology, engineering, and product knowledge for certification
- Support weekly software and web deployments to ensure successful implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of testing, functional analysis, or relevant analysis experience in software testing
- Proficient in developing test scripts, plans, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
