What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver content-area test items and assessment ancillaries on schedule
- Collaborate with Senior Test Development Specialists and Directors to plan work flow
- Facilitate item writer workshops and provide training for writing and bias considerations
- Write, review, and edit test items and develop scoring guidelines for assessments
- Support the final review process for assigned items and tests, including committee reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in education or related field; MS in education or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of K-12 teaching experience or related experience
- In-depth knowledge of Math content area, including curriculum and instruction
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to changing circumstances

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of national and state-specific curriculum standards
- Experience in writing and editing test items
- Experience in constructing test forms
- Basic computer skills
