      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and manage spare parts for complex electro-hydraulic assembly and test equipment
      - Collaborate with the obsolescence team to monitor and report on spare parts
      - Develop and manage training programs for test equipment sustainment technicians
      - Create and implement preventive maintenance plans based on equipment needs
      - Represent the sustainment team at technical review board meetings to address and resolve issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining complex electro-hydraulic test systems
      - Solid understanding of the functionality and theoretical concepts of electro-hydraulic test systems
      - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Pirana, Maximo, NX, or AutoCAD
      - Strong skills in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with asset visibility management systems
      - Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies and practices
      - Knowledge of U.S. export-controlled information requirements
