What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and document testing strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for quality assurance
- Assist in maintaining existing automation frameworks and updating manual scripts for automated testing
- Provide authoritative advice and guidance on quality assurance practices and training
- Analyze test plans and scenarios to ensure requirements are met within applications and business processes
- Utilize testing tools and frameworks, including UFT One and ALM, to execute and manage testing processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of IT quality assurance experience with both manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in designing, building, and executing automated scripts using UFT One
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for writing test scripts from scratch
- Knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting and AI technologies
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and industry testing best practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and Visual Basic (VB.net) scripting language
- Previous experience in analyzing test plans and validating requirements within applications
- Strong ability to adjust testing approaches to ensure product quality
- Knowledge of best practices in software quality assurance
