What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review configuration completed by the Configuration Analyst team and ensure test scenarios are adequate for claims processing accuracy
- Collaborate with internal business partners and clients to clarify and document business requirements for change requests
- Analyze claims adjudication results to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions for enhancing configuration accuracy
- Confirm accuracy of adjudication configurations and approve changes from test to production environments
- Document accuracy of design and configuration through the Accuracy Scorecard within Salesforce

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of four (4) years of related experience or training
- Previous healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience required
- Experience with pharmacy or medical claims analysis is essential
- Ability to perform duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
