What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review configurations completed by the Configuration Analyst team and perform additional testing as needed
- Collaborate with internal business partners and clients to ensure accurate documentation and delivery of business requirements
- Analyze claims adjudication results, identifying discrepancies and making recommendations for improvements
- Approve changes from the test environment to the production environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Present test claim results to clients through demonstrations as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of related experience in healthcare or PBM
- Previous experience with pharmacy or medical claims analysis
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to run SQL queries and scripts; experience with SQL and Oracle-based platforms
- Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification is helpful

- Experience in a customer-facing role with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements effectively
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or testing role
- Familiarity with Golden 32 software
- Proven track record of achieving service commitments and results
