- Knowledge of report writing, research mechanisms, database management
- Knowledge of CLASS, SAP and ticketing software programs is preferred
- Superior written communication skills, the ability to organize and communicate ideas and information (both orally and in writing), and the ability to analyze statistical information are essential to this position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with superior MS Excel skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Prepared to work flexible hours as required, which may include evenings and weekends

Cultural and Heritage Programs is responsible for multi-disciplinary arts centres, heritage and museum facilities and structures, the delivery of arts, heritage and museum public programming and events, volunteer program development, audience development, and exhibits and research.
You are responsible for the administration of service and rental contracts, program reconciliation, and contribute to the development and management of the theatre / arts centre through research and analysis.
The Analyst is the point of contact for questions related to theatre finances and is responsible for the preparation of all financial settlements for theatre events.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Completion of 2 year college diploma in Business or Arts Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related field, preferably in a theatre environment
