What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the single point of contact for specialty patients, coordinating medication dispense and delivery
- Work under the supervision of a pharmacist to capture assessment data and schedule medication deliveries
- Generate daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed
- Document all patient interactions and care coordination in the designated system of record
- Collaborate with intake/reimbursement staff to maintain patient insurance coverage and pursue authorizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or as required by the Board of Pharmacy
- Prior customer service or patient services experience
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate typing proficiency preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere
