**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Act as the single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate timely medication dispense and delivery
- Work under the supervision of a pharmacist to capture assessment data and schedule medication deliveries
- Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed and manage incoming faxes and refill queues
- Collaborate with intake/reimbursement staff to maintain patient insurance coverage and pursue authorizations
- Document all patient interactions and care coordination in the designated system for clear communication

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Must be a state-registered pharmacy technician with additional certification (CPhT or PTCB) per state requirements
- Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy required
- Experience in customer service or patient services
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable in a high call volume role speaking with patients
