What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the single point of contact for specialty patients, coordinating timely medication dispense and delivery
- Work under the supervision of pharmacists to capture assessment data and schedule medication deliveries
- Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed
- Manage phone inquiries, monitor incoming faxes, and oversee refill queues
- Document all patient interactions and care coordination in the designated system of record

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a state-registered pharmacy technician with additional certification (CPhT or PTCB) as per state requirements
- Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy is required
- Experience in customer service or patient services is necessary
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be comfortable in a high call volume role speaking with patients

- Experience in a pharmacy technician role focused on specialty pharmacy services
- Familiarity with home infusion processes and patient care coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
