What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for specialty patients, coordinating timely medication dispense and delivery
- Collaborate with pharmacists to capture assessment data and schedule medication deliveries
- Generate daily and weekly reports as needed
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate locations, and monitor refill queues
- Document all patient interactions and care coordination in the designated system of record

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a state-registered pharmacy technician, with additional certification (CPhT or PTCB) as required by state law
- Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy
- Experience in customer service or patient services
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a high call volume environment
