What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care paths, optimizing program delivery and education
- Develop and execute clinical education strategies and support clinical program development
- Manage account education initiatives and maintain communication with regional sales teams
- Identify and organize local/regional care path tradeshows, conferences, and meetings
- Promote the employer's brand and raise therapy awareness within the assigned region

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in program development and quality initiatives in the medical field
- BSN/RN with experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in related healthcare areas
- 3+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement and business-to-business (B2B) marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

- Experience in program management and LEAN Sigma methodologies
- Background in developing and executing strategic customer initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
