      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, connecting with physicians and stakeholders to optimize education programs
      - Develop and execute clinical care path strategies and manage educational initiatives throughout their project lifecycle
      - Identify and engage key opinion leaders and organize local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences
      - Collaborate with field sales leaders and clinical teams to enhance regional therapy awareness and support marketing initiatives
      - Collect and share competitive intelligence to inform strategy and program development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the medical device or hospital field
      - BSN/RN with experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related areas
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and clinical quality improvement
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences
      - Willingness to conduct business outside of traditional work hours

      - Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
