      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, driving education and optimization initiatives
      - Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies while managing account education initiatives
      - Identify and organize local/regional care path tradeshows, conferences, and meetings to enhance product awareness
      - Establish and foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to drive product understanding and adoption
      - Collect and share competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and program development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the medical device field
      - BSN/RN with experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related areas
      - 3+ years of experience in program development, clinical quality improvement, and field marketing
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with LEAN Sigma methodologies and program management
      - Strong creative thinking and intellectual curiosity
      - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic customer initiatives
      - Willingness to conduct business outside typical work hours
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
