      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert on VTE care paths and drive education initiatives across regional teams
      - Develop and execute clinical care path strategies and manage account education initiatives
      - Identify and foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the assigned region
      - Organize and execute local/regional tradeshows and conferences to enhance product awareness
      - Utilize analytic methods to evaluate regional activities and adapt strategies as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the medical device field
      - Strong clinical background, preferably as a BSN/RN with experience in relevant practice areas
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and strategic customer initiatives
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
      - Willingness to conduct business outside of standard working hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing LEAN Sigma engagements
      - Background in clinical quality improvement and business-to-business (B2B) marketing
      - Proven track record of developing and executing strategic customer initiatives
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and generate consensus through inclusion
      - Familiarity with thrombectomy and related clinical data
