What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct risk reviews and identify potential vulnerabilities across various risk domains within the employer's third-party ecosystem
- Assist in project delivery of the TPRM module within the Global Source to Pay transformation effort
- Support the risk acceptance and mitigation governance process, monitoring completion of risk mitigation activities
- Perform audits and quality control checks over the TPRM program and vendor responses
- Engage in ad-hoc project-based work, including reporting and analyses as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or compliance
- Familiarity with TPRM and governance concepts, and understanding of risk principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyze large datasets and prioritize tasks independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across a broad organization

- Experience conducting audits, compliance, or risk assessments, including ongoing monitoring of risk mitigation plans
- Demonstrated critical thinking abilities to analyze complex risk management issues
- Proven track record as a change agent within the TPRM function
