What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enable and motivate team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Assist Care Center Managers with training and development of team members
- Coach team members to ensure quality client experiences
- Assist with performance and coaching documentation
- Manage workload and escalate issues as needed
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring qualified representatives
- Drive a culture of client centricity and improve the client experience
- Celebrate and share examples of exceptional client experiences
- Collaborate with other Team Leads and Employee Support to improve the employee experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of related professional experience
- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience coaching peers or team members
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
