We are currently seeking a Ticket Broker to join our team and help us continue our mission of connecting clients with unforgettable live experiences.


      Job Description:

      Ticket Broker - your primary responsibility will be to source, acquire, and manage event tickets for various clients, ensuring they have access to the events they desire. You will play a critical role in our success by using your knowledge of the ticket industry, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.


      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Ticket Acquisition:
        • Source and acquire event tickets through various channels, including direct purchases, partnerships, and ticket exchanges.
        • Monitor ticket availability and pricing trends to secure the best deals for our clients.
        • Negotiate with ticket suppliers to obtain preferred pricing and seating options.
      2. Client Relations:
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
        • Consult with clients to understand their event preferences and requirements.
        • Provide expert advice on seating options and event choices.
      3. Sales and Marketing:
        • Promote available tickets and packages to clients through effective marketing strategies.
        • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
        • Track and report on ticket sales and revenue targets.
      4. Customer Service:
        • Offer top-tier customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
        • Manage ticket orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
        • Handle and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
      5. Market Research:
        • Stay updated on industry trends, event schedules, and popular venues.
        • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
        • Provide insights and recommendations for ticket pricing and inventory management.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
      • Previous experience in the ticket brokerage industry or a similar role is a plus.
      • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
      • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
      • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and industry trends.
      • Sales and marketing experience is beneficial.
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
