What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to U-Haul affiliates and end users regarding the WebSelfStorage application
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the WebSelfStorage application to identify operational issues
- Educate U-Haul affiliates about the WebSelfStorage application and their business workflows
- Document troubleshooting efforts and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date notes on all affiliate tickets and manage customer interactions professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 to 2 years of technical support or call center experience related to the area of assignment
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards helping business affiliates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute and articulate information clearly
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
