What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to U-Haul affiliates and end users regarding the WebSelfStorage application
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed documentation for all affiliate tickets
- Educate affiliates on the functionality of the WebSelfStorage application
- Remain calm and professional while assisting upset customers
- Develop an understanding of affiliates' business models and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of technical support or call center experience
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions effectively
- Basic understanding of computer software and troubleshooting techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the WebSelfStorage application or similar software
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of business operations related to U-Haul affiliates
