What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively monitor and investigate security alerts to detect malicious activity during your shift
- Perform Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK analysis on incoming security alerts
- Follow documented procedures to triage and respond to identified malicious activity
- Provide clear and concise written investigations within the service management system
- Communicate and collaborate with clients throughout the lifecycle of escalated security investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with network and endpoint security principles, current threats, and attack trends
- One or more Cybersecurity certifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platforms and Endpoint Protection platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work or classroom experience with SIEM platforms like AlienVault, Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel
- Previous work or classroom experience with Endpoint Protection platforms such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, or SentinelOne
- Willingness to learn and continually improve skills
