What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in and contribute to security operations around the clock
- Monitor and analyze security events across multiple customer environments
- Communicate and collaborate with customers throughout the lifecycle of escalated security incidents
- Identify and implement improvements to detection processes and workflows
- Mentor and guide Tier 1 SOC Analysts to enhance team performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a Security Operations Center
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multiple security disciplines, including DFIR, log analysis, and packet analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin's Cyber Kill Chain and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
- Experience with one or more SOAR platforms is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GCDA, or GMON are preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SOAR platforms is a plus
- Advanced certifications in cybersecurity
- Familiarity with incident response and threat hunting methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
