Experience in the beauty and wellbeing industry will be a plus but is not essential
This role is full time, permanent and can be based anywhere in the UK.
You must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
The interviews for this role will total around 2.5 hours including a home task.

As our UK Customer Success Team Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing an onboarding process that recognises and prioritises the relative value of our diverse customer segments. You will work closely with our Customer Success Coaches, define our customers' initial success criteria, and ensure that Timely's solutions align with our customers' goals. Your primary objectives will include high-quality onboarding, adoption of our payments platform, TimelyPay, exceeding revenue retention goals, and leading the UK Customer Success team by example. You will also collaborate with the Head of Global Customer Success to shape our broader Customer Success strategy, develop team targets and KPIs, and share a deep passion for delivering Customer Success at scale.
