What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review land records and perform data entry to identify and resolve title deficiencies
- Produce necessary documentation to ensure the marketability of Title Commitments
- Communicate with closers regarding outstanding items on title
- Initiate and follow up on the Title Curative process
- Obtain all necessary documentation required for closing, including Quit Claim Deeds and payoffs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM
- 1 year of title experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Title Curative processes for outstanding title items
- Ability to read and understand Title Commitments nationwide
- Basic understanding of the Foreclosure process, Short Sales, and Judicial/non-judicial foreclosures
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
