What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate data on print quantities based on new release estimates and order tracking
- Manage daily and weekly tracking grids for reorders and stock allocations
- Prepare reports for supervisors for weekly and monthly meetings
- Track and communicate reprint and reorder information to various departments
- Conduct sales analysis as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years prior publishing experience; experience in sales, inventory, or operations is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Superb attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
