Job Description

- Knowledge of: service, maintenance, repair, and modification of computerized equipment components; understanding of gaming devices; general machine repair, power supply repair, and board level CPU repair; machine installation; networking; and casino and department policies and procedures.
- Skills in: troubleshooting; customer service; communication; and use and operation of a wide scope of tools and equipment used to service and maintain gaming products and devices.
- Ability to: learn, service, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, diagnose, and modify all gaming products; assist in the set and configuration of gaming products and components; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; follow and understand manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, equipment installed or destroyed; and change out components on all gaming products.
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
The purpose of the TL Tech Level I is to service, maintain, repair, and or perform modifications to the computerized and related components of the Tribal Lottery electronic gaming machines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Minimum of two years of technical/ mechanical experience and/or training in a related field is required. Technical degree is preferred and previous gaming experience is preferred. Additional education/experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
