What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide customers throughout their onboarding process to the Toolio platform
- Engage with customers to understand their unique requirements and configure the solution accordingly
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure effective onboarding and adoption of the platform
- Manage data onboarding projects in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager
- Create training materials and documentation to promote customer adoption of Toolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of professional experience in Business/Data Analytics, SaaS Implementation, Merchandise Planning, or similar fields
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data integration (CSV imports, Netsuite, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with traveling to customer locations (10-20%)

- Experience with Business Intelligence tools or SQL
- Passionate about retail tech and data
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously
- Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
