      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for new hires' enrollments, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA processes
      - Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
      - Reconcile transactions within the accounting system and banking sites
      - Analyze and respond to billing inquiries from internal and external customers
      - Execute departmental administrative duties and projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred
      - Two (2) years of experience in employee benefits and premium and bank account reconciliation
      - One (1) year of accounting experience or familiarity with journal entries
      - Excellent business communication skills
      - Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Loan Vision
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
      - Detail-oriented and data-driven with the ability to multi-task
      - Knowledge of payment processing methods
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively with teams
