      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned territories
      - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with flooring contractors, end users, architects, and general contractors
      - Provide technical expertise to customers, answering product-related questions and resolving technical issues
      - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales partners
      - Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred
      - Minimum of 3-7 years of industry experience focusing on technical products within the flooring or coatings industry
      - Strong understanding of resinous flooring systems and coatings, including protective and floor coatings
      - Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and foster customer relationships
      - Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives
