      We are currently recruiting a Tower Suites Concierge to join our dedicated Accommodation Team. Reporting to the Hotel Duty Managers you will assist the Accommodation Team in ensuring the friendly and efficient arrival and departure of our guests. To maintain high standards of hospitality at all times. To provide guests with information needed throughout their stay.

      Duties include

      • Ensuring that the guests get the greatest value for their money by delivering impeccable customer service
      • Adapt to every guests individual requests and go out of your way to deliver this
      • Ensuring that the rooms are of impeccable standard of cleanliness
      • Handle any guest problems, complaints or compliments, passing on any relevant information to the Hotel Duty Manager

      About you

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Good eye for detail
      • Able to work on your own, and also be part of the team
      • Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to put a smile on guest’s faces
      • Brilliant customer service

      This is a seasonal position and you will work up to 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Flexibility is therefore essential. Due to the nature of our business you will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
