What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and monitor accounting information into QuickBooks and Great Plains
- Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and perform daily bank reconciliations
- Manage and review Zoho tickets assigned to accounting
- Generate weekly claim funding reports and various invoicing tasks
- Review A/R accounts for past due invoices and communicate with relevant groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in any field; equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in US health insurance, accounting, banking, or a similar field
- Knowledge of COBRA and FSA/HRA is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience specializing in US health insurance, accounting, or banking
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive work ethic with strong analytical skills
