      What You’ll Do

      • Investigate & Evaluate: Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of property claims in accordance with our client guidelines and best practices.

      • Resolve Claims Efficiently: Deny, settle, or authorize payments based on coverage, field reports, and verifiable damage assessments.

      • Communicate with Key Stakeholders: Interview insureds, claimants, vendors, witnesses, public adjusters, and attorneys to gather critical claim information.

      • Set Proper Reserves: Ensure accurate reserves are maintained throughout the claims process.

      • Interpret Policy Language: Analyze multiple policies and endorsements to assess coverage and claim handling procedures.

      • Manage Claims Professionally: Address diaries, emails, voicemails, and prepare technical claim documents and correspondence.

      • Collaborate & Contribute: Work with a dedicated team of adjusters to enhance processes and share insights that drive continuous improvement.

      What You Bring to the Table

      • 3+ years of property claim handling experience

      • Xactimate estimating experience (required)

      • Valid adjusting license

      • Strong writing skills, particularly in policy interpretation and claims documentation

      • Independent decision-making ability with a proactive approach to claims resolution

      • Exceptional organization and time management skills

      • Outstanding customer service mindset with excellent oral and written communication skills

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      • Spanish-speaking skills (a plus, but not required)
