What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direction and authority to TPA claims professionals
- Analyze coverage and draft coverage position letters
- Manage trials and handle post-verdict processes
- Evaluate exposure and seek/grant authority
- Resolve claims according to best practices and claim handling agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor and 7+ years of National GL claims experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of National GL claims experience OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10+ years of National GL claims experience OR Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 9+ years of National GL claims experience
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the insurance legal and regulatory environment
- Microsoft Office experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and prior TPA claims handling and/or oversight
- Negotiation experience
- Customer service experience
