      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the technical lead to define the webinar/event agenda and objectives
      - Identify and coordinate with potential speakers and panelists from various sectors, including USAID practitioners and academia
      - Support the logistical aspects of the webinar/event, ensuring seamless execution and technical setup
      - Assist in drafting content for promotional materials and participant engagement tools
      - Conduct post-event follow-ups, including surveys and reporting on key outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, International Development, or Event Management)
      - At least three years of experience in Training/Event/Workshop Planning, preferably in the MERL or international development field
      - Strong understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) concepts and practices
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and Microsoft Office Suite
