Duties and Responsibilities

· Review conditions submitted by investors or their due diligence partners, and provide the necessary documents to clear any outstanding requirements.

· Index and organize uploaded imaged documents for efficient access and retrieval.

· Locate final documents, such as Final Title Policies and Recorded Mortgages, and submit them to investors in a timely manner.

· Communicate with Title companies to address and rectify any discrepancies or needed corrections on Final Title Policies.

· Collaborate with our final document vendor to correct any Mortgage/Deed issues as requested by investors.
