- Responsible for business development between USA and INDIA
- Required that you are currently reside in the USA. However, you have the flexibility to work from any location within the United States.
- Responsible for the overall volume growth.
- Responsible for streamlining and coaching the team to work in alignment towards mutually agreed company goals.
- You will act as the liaison between Product and Sales through an exclusively developed concept which aligns company Product and Commercial teams to enhance new product developments and overall pipeline closing success.
- You will act as a corporate employee, working with all levels of management within the organization - combining various country goals and objectives into an aligned working environment.
- Responsible for developing new ideas (in alignment with Product and Sales), making Trade Lane a continuous valuable resource.
- Responsible for supporting product enhancement and educating sales in selling company products.
- Involvement in RFQ's at the Global, Regional and Country level.
- Create consistent and streamlined communication network between countries’ products and sales initiatives.
- You are not required to build your own book of business, but consistently monitor sales activities and monitor top pipeline opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for commercial and product questions from local sales, branches, account management and become the subject matter expert.
- In this Position you will be focusing on volume growth Air and Ocean in Bi-lateral directions and provide internal services to our commercial team in the form of marketing campaigns, flyers, pricing, and routing solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of education and experience.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years successful Trade Lane experience.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience
- Product experience is a plus.

The definition of Trade Lane Management is that of a Commercial Function with Product and Market knowledge, creating synergies between Product and Sales for a successful execution of the overall sales cycle.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
You will become the subject matter expert supporting our Field Sales with their Pipeline Opportunities, as well as new Product offerings, pertaining to your Trade Lane.
We have a structured approach between all our Trade Lane Managers, and you will be coached in how this function works.
In this Position it is required that you are currently reside in the United States and you will be focusing on business development between USA and INDIA.
