      The Trade Marketing Representative (TMR) is responsible for the successful management of a defined geographical territory (defined as “patch”), by utilizing commercial business acumen; strategic planning capability, a drive for results, and passion for success & energy.

      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

      • Achieve area coverage, call frequency and outlet visit plan in order to maximize route effectiveness and efficiency.
      • Ensure the appropriate product range and visibility are achieved in all outlets.
      • Ensure efficient stock levels, product quality and freshness through stock management and report on supply chain and product issues.
      • Prove that pricing is in line with the company strategy and report anomalies in key areas.
      • Provide market information and reports to ensure that the relevant people are fully advised at all times.
      • To develop relationships with key decision makers in the retail, wholesale trade and optimally leverage the relationships to achieve business objectives.

      QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

      • Experience in FMCG for at least 2 years or similar experience are welcome to apply
      • Graduates from Tertiary Marketing or Business Qualification courses
      • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, external suppliers, and commercial partners.
      • Equipped with effective communication and presentation skills.
