      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to achieve monthly sales targets
      - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Interior Design accounts
      - Handle incoming leads and build a pipeline of project opportunities
      - Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing design support and product recommendations
      - Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8-10 years in a sales/account management role
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
      - Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Interior Design industry
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in a high-volume CRM-driven environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the home/interiors sector
      - Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and utilizing CAD software
      - Familiarity with Salesforce
