What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Help provide certainty to customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation management and equipment distribution
- Coordinate reservations and equipment placement based on customer demand and productivity
- Analyze data and formulate strategies to balance equipment within the market
- Work with rate analysts and other traffic control managers to maximize gross revenue
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of reservation managers to support distribution strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management and team-building experience
- Customer service-oriented with an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in office etiquette to maintain department standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
