What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
- Resolve customer issues and provide technical support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Recognize and act on sales opportunities to upgrade customer services
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or inside sales within a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
