What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using contact center technology
- Listen to and resolve customer issues while providing technical support
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers
- Explain products and processes effectively during customer interactions
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry utilizing a computer
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
- Previous state or federal work experience
