Be a trusted partner to People Managers, offering clear and confident advice on employee relations, policies, and change processes.

Take ownership of your own employee relations caseload and contribute to tribunal preparation work.

Support TUPE activities and acquisitions from data collation to consultations.

Help deliver exciting organisational design and change initiatives.

Analyse and report on people data to inform key HR decisions.

Contribute to attrition management efforts, including leaver interviews and retention strategies.

Assist in policy reviews, create bespoke HR letters, and support other strategic HR projects.

Excellent communication skills you're someone who earns trust and builds strong relationships.

Part-qualified (or working towards) CIPD Level 5, with ~3 years of HR experience and a desire to complete Level 7.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
