- Monitoring trainer capacity and advising on availability for course delivery and trainer development.
- Developing and managing demand management processes.
- Maximising utilisation of trainers within agreed targets.
- Managing the geographical allocation of staff appropriately across numerous locations.
- Manage the Trainer Leave and TOIL processes
- Experience working with workforce planning and / or rota management.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly learn, utilise and exploit new IT based solutions.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Highly organised and methodical.
- GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent qualification in Maths & English or qualified by experience
- Specific IT/data/business/project-based qualification are highly desirable

The role
As a Trainer Resource Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will work within a busy and dynamic team supporting the delivery of Training to the London Fire Brigade,Day to day, you’ll who be responsible for the effective management of team rotas, considering qualification requirements, geographical locations and other external factors.

This role is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week and will be based at our Beckton Training Centre, with a hybrid working arrangement, giving you the ability to work some days from home.

Qualifications for the Trainer Resource Administrator:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
