- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C passes including English and Maths
- RSA III or equivalent in typing/word processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Minute taking
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
- Evidence of recent IT training/qualification such as ECDL or equivalent
- Administrative/secretarial experience in a busy environment working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
- Experience of working on a variety of spread sheets and databases at an advanced level

- Experience of effective time management and prioritisation
- Experience of managing a busy diary confidently and effectively without constant referral to the manager

Location: Warminster Community Hospital
Full time 37.5 hours per week - Permanent

Wiltshire Health and Care are looking for an enthusiastic and thorough, administrator who, with the Education and Training team will maintain appropriate and efficient administrative procedures and information systems for Wiltshire Health and Care staff To support the Education and Training staff with administration processes to enable the smooth running of the service.
Main duties of the job
To receive, process and record information; updating databases/lists To follow up and obtain outstanding information; providing administration support to the Education and Training Team. Also to act as a central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to service, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries where appropriate. Support the Data Custodian to ensure departmental information systems, data usage and storage of information is secure. To maintain excellent channels of communication with all team members and connected departments/agencies
